This is an invitation to tune into the hibernating energy of Winter and allow yourself to settle into deeply nourishing yoga practice within Kimi Ora Eco Resort, Kaiteretere, Nelson Region.
“I am very excited and happy to be co-teaching with the experienced and inspiring Sam Loe. This is our second shared yoga offering in Nelson. The weekend Sam and I have planned is filled with nourishing food, self-care, gentle movement practices, restorative yoga and yoga nidra.”
Our daily schedule is spacious to allow for forest wandering, swimming in Kimi Ora’s indoor pool, there is also a steam room and spa pool. Kimi Ora is located 10 minutes from the entrance to Able Tasman National Park. The chalets offer peace and seclusion and single or shared accommodation can be booked according to budget.

Bringing together breath lead Yoga practices with Somatic enquiry, Yoga Nidra and Restorative postures Sam explores tools that teach people self-care and a positive relationship with themselves. She has taught in yoga studios, hospitals, polytechnics, in mental health settings as well as specialising in Yoga for pregnancy. Over the past 15 years Sam has studied and taught yoga with an inquiring mind and learnt from many international teachers, primarily Donna Farhi and Richard Miller.
